Blackstone Barber Co. started in 2014 in a converted workshop with two chairs, one sink, and a founder who’d spent a decade cutting hair in shops that cared more about turnover than technique.
The idea was simple: slow down. Train barbers properly. Charge fairly for real craft. Word spread fast.
Today we run six chairs and a small team of master barbers, but the shop still runs on the same rule it opened with: no cut leaves the chair until the barber — not the clock — says it’s done.
